Jerry Conti Memorial Fancy Pants Golf Tournament

Jerry Conti, founding member of CAN, along with others, decided to come together and discuss a better way to help our community. In 2002, Neighbors Helping Neighbors was born and the stage was set for supporting local Collier County families that needed help due to a cancer diagnosis. The only way, at the time, CAN was able to bring dollars in fast was through events. In 2004, The Fancy Pants Golf Tournament became one of the first annual and major fundraising events for CAN. The Fancy Pants Golf Tournament supported CAN for for years as well as other local charities raising well over half-a-million dollars for the local community. For CAN, this tournament helped CAN to keep the doors open to help ensure local cancer patients could access financial aid. In 2016, we lost, our beloved, Jerry Conti and Fancy Pants’ became the

One thing we know for sure is that the Fancy Pants Golf Tournament continues to be one of the ways that CAN is able to continue our mission. This event raises crucial dollars, especially now.

Now more than ever, Cancer Alliance Network needs you! In the wake of COVID 19 and the increasing need in the local community, CAN is able to help those families who have a loved one with cancer. One in every three people will face a diagnosis of cancer in their lifetime; this means a friends, neighbor, family member or loved one could be affected.
